🧑‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prep the Cheese 🧀

Cut Cheddar and Pepper Jack cheese into bite-sized cubes and place them in a large bowl or glass container.

2. Make the Marinade 🥣

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, dill, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and black pepper until well combined.

3. Combine & Marinate 🌿

Pour the marinade over the cheese cubes.

Gently stir or toss to evenly coat the cheese in the marinade.

Cover the container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best flavor. Stir once or twice while marinating.

4. Serve 🍽

Before serving, bring the cheese to room temperature for about 15–20 minutes to let the flavors shine.

Mix in or serve with salami slices and pickles on the side.

Pair with crackers, toasted bread, or baguette slices.
